NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program. The device remains the property of Nura and only stays active for the duration of the subscription.
Any sale by a customer to a third party is prohibited. A breach of this term will result in legal action. The NuraNow Terms + Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Nura Operations Pty Ltd., and Nura Operations Pty Ltd. reserves all rights to enforce this agreement. A breach of these terms may result in, for example, (1) legal action towards the customer, (2) formal collections processes, (3) deactivation of the NuraNow device, and/or (4) customer receiving an invoice billing for the full retail price of the device plus and administration fees (to be paid within thirty calendar days of notice).
If the customer ends their subscription for NuraNow by formally cancelling the subscription service by contacting Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s Customer Support Staff via this link, or if there is a failure of payment authorization to Nura Operations Pty Ltd for the subscription amount, then consumer must immediately return the NuraNow device and has up to thirty calendar days to provide acceptable evidence that the device has been returned, or monthly billing will resume. Acceptable evidence for the return of the equipment will be in the form of a valid parcel tracking number displaying that the device has been returned to Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s warehouse, and which must be validated by Nura’s receipt of the device. Cancellation will only be effective upon Nura Operations Pty Ltd.’s receipt of the NuraNow device.
Nura Operations Pty Ltd. reserves all rights if a NuraNow customer's subscription ceases but fails to provide evidence of return as set forth above. For example, failure to provide such evidence may result in (1) legal action towards the customer, (2) formal collection processes, (3) customer receiving an invoice billing for the full retail price of the device plus administration fees (to be paid within thirty calendar days of notice).Back to Top
1 After 24 monthly payments have been made successfully, a NuraNow subscriber is eligible to change to a new subscription plan and obtain any new device offered under that plan. The subscriber also has the option to continue with their current NuraNow subscription and receive a new unit of their existing device.Back to Top

3 “Worry-free Warranty” is solely valid for the most recent delivered device obtained under the subscriber’s existing NuraNow subscription, and will only apply while the subscription is active. The decision to either repair or replace a malfunctioning unit is made at Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s sole discretion. Any device that is (1) damaged, (2) lost, and or (3) stolen will be remotely deactivated and will be inoperable for future usage.
4 Accidental damage or loss coverage of the NuraNow device is valid only for the most recently delivered equipment obtained under the subscribers current NuraNow subscription, and only while the subscription remains active and payments up to date. For accidentally damaged or lost device coverage, the subscriber can elect to pay a fee equal to fifty (50) percent of the listed retail price to receive a replacement NuraNow device (this fee is in addition to ongoing monthly subscription fees under the original NuraNow subscription agreement). Accidental damage or loss of replacement units may be refurbished units. Accidental damage or lost replacement devices are shipped at cost to the subscriber. Any Nura device reportedly damaged, lost or stolen will be remotely deactivated immediately.Back to Top
Periodically NuraNow subscribers will receive via email the chance to win (1) music downloads, (2) records, and or (3) other giveaways. Giveaways operate on an opt-in basis only and your original NuraNow order must be provided. Giveaway winners will be randomly selected from entrants.

5 You are free to cancel your NuraNow subscription at any time. To cancel your NuraNow subscription, please contact our Customer Experience Experts via https://nura.link/contact. Cancellation will only be effective upon our receipt of the NuraNow device. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you are required to return all devices obtained under NuraNow back to us as set forth above.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD).
NuraNow subscription plans cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or Nura discount code.
6 The initial NuraNow payment occurs upon checkout, with the second payment occurring 30 days after subscribing. Subsequent payments will occur monthly on the date of the initial subscription. If any issues arise with the subsequent payments, you are responsible for any fees and collections. A grace period can be allowed solely upon Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s discretion. Nura may contact customers regards changes in Terms and Conditions regarding the NuraNow Subscription n via the Nura App, SMS, email, phone call, physical mail.
If a $10NuraNow subscription is cancelled within 30 days of sign up, the subscriber is eligible for a refund of $100 from the up-front fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
If a $10NuraNow subscription is cancelled within 30 days of sign up, the subscriber is eligible for a refund of £50 from the up-front fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
If a $10NuraNow subscription is cancelled within 30 days of sign up, the subscriber is eligible for a refund of $70 from the up-front fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
$10per-month NuraNow subscribers are liable for any shipping fees associated with returning the device.
