NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program. The device remains the property of Nura and only stays active for the duration of the subscription.
Any sale of a NuraNow device by a customer to a third party is prohibited. A breach of this term will result in legal action. The NuraNow Terms + Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Nura Operations Pty Ltd., and Nura Operations Pty Ltd. reserves all rights to enforce this agreement. A breach of these terms may result in, for example, (1) legal action towards the customer, (2) formal collections processes, (3) deactivation of the NuraNow device, and/or (4) customer receiving an invoice billing for the full retail price of the device plus administration fees (to be paid within thirty calendar days of notice).
If the customer ends their subscription for NuraNow by formally cancelling the subscription service by contacting Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s Customer Support Staff via this link, or if there is a failure of payment authorization to Nura Operations Pty Ltd for the subscription amount, then consumer must immediately return the NuraNow device and has up to thirty calendar days to provide acceptable evidence that the device has been returned, or monthly billing will resume. Acceptable evidence for the return of the equipment will be in the form of a valid parcel tracking number displaying that the device has been returned to Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s warehouse, and which must be validated by Nura’s receipt of the device. Cancellation will only be effective upon Nura Operations Pty Ltd.’s receipt of the NuraNow device.
Nura Operations Pty Ltd. reserves all rights if a NuraNow customer's subscription ceases but fails to provide evidence of return as set forth above. 1 A subscriber is eligible to update their NuraNow device after their subscription has been active for 24 months. Please note: all devices a customer has received as a NuraNow subscriber will remain active and available to use as long as they maintain an active subscription.Back to Top
There are two options for a subscriber to update their NuraNow device after 24 months:
1. Device Refresh. The subscriber may remain on their current plan and receive a new Nura device of equal or lesser value as their current device.
2. Plan Refresh. The subscriber may choose a new plan from one of the available plans at that time. The subscriber will receive the device associated with their chosen new plan (regardless of device RRP) and will be required to pay any up-front fees associated with that plan.
These options are available once every 24 months of continuous active subscription. A new 24 month period begins at the point that a customer activates one of the options above.
2 When customer registers for a NuraNow subscription, Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that (a) Nura (or our third party payment processor) is authorised to charge customer at the beginning of every month or other periodic basis (as selected by customer via the NuraNow program order) for customer’s NuraNow subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as customer’s NuraNow subscription continues, and (b) customers’s NuraNow subscription is continuous until customer cancels it by returning the Nuraphone to Nura via following formal RMA process.Back to Top
NuraNow is a monthly recurring subscription and your nominated subscription fee is due each month for as long as you have possession of the Nuraphone. Should your Nuraphone become temporarily suspended due to non-payment, your balance will become overdue and continue to accrue for every billing date that occurs thereafter. This balance will be required to be paid in full in order to reactivate your subscription and will remain due in the event of formal cancellation.

4 “Worry-free Warranty” is solely valid for the most recent delivered device obtained under the subscriber’s existing NuraNow subscription, and will only apply while the subscription is active and payments are up to date. The subscriber is entitled to one (1) discounted repair or replacement every twenty-four (24) months. The decision to either repair or replace a malfunctioning unit is made at Nura Operations Pty Ltd’s sole discretion. Any device that is (1) damaged, (2) lost, and or (3) stolen will be remotely deactivated and will be inoperable for future usage. The subscriber is required to present a police report to validate a stolen hardware claim.Back to Top
